The makers of SwissBorg Guardians

SwissBorg Guardians is a gamified community growth platform sponsored and operated by SwissBorg, engineered to automate, measure, and reward user contributions across the SwissBorg ecosystem. The concept, gamification mechanics, and GTM growth strategy were sparked by Product & Growth Lead Benjamin (Benjy) Lavelle, and brought to life by Mipam Guillot, who designed the features, architected the system, led project delivery, and built it from the ground up in full-stack TypeScript (React on the front end, AdonisJS and PostgreSQL on the back end). Functioning as the central hub for SwissBorg community engagement, the platform uses real-time gamification (loot chests, weekly prediction games, and an integrated social feed) to turn organic participation into measurable user retention and growth.
