Terms of Service

The SwissBorg Guardian (the “Platform”) is operated by SwissBorg (“SwissBorg”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you may only use the Platform where it is permitted by law. You may hold one account per person; we use anti-fraud signals to detect and act on duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. You may sign in with email, X (Twitter), or Google.

XP, contributor ranks, and avatar cosmetics are in-Platform items used to recognise your participation. They have no cash value, are not transferable or exchangeable outside the Platform, and remain tied to your account. Cosmetics you earn from chests are permanent to your account while it remains in good standing.

• You may earn BORG through chests and eligible quests. BORG balances are recorded on the Platform’s ledger.
• Withdrawing BORG requires linking a SwissBorg account and is subject to verification, eligibility, jurisdiction restrictions, and per-period and treasury caps. We may decline or delay a withdrawal where required for compliance or fraud prevention.
• Rewards, drop odds, and availability are not guaranteed and may change. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, or tax advice. Weekly BTC price predictions are a free, for-fun feature and do not involve wagering your own funds.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple or fake accounts, or manipulate the anti-fraud system.
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated quest proof.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to earn rewards or game the system.
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate others, or disrupt the Platform’s operation.

Quest completion may be checked automatically (e.g. via X/Twitter) or by community and admin verification. We may withhold, reverse, or remove XP, BORG, or cosmetics obtained through fraud, error, or a breach of these terms.

The Platform, its branding, and its content are owned by SwissBorg or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as expressly permitted.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwissBorg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of XP, BORG, cosmetics, or data, arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or to protect the Platform and its users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

We may update these terms and will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of Switzerland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
